Pelaajan roolina on ohjastaa nuorta naispuolista eläinlääkäriä omassa eläinsairaalassaan Afrikan savanneilla. Päätehtävänä on parantaa ja hoitaa sairaita ja loukkaantuneita villieläimiä, joita sairaalaan tuovat niin riistanvartijat, maanviljelijät kuin turistitkin. Samalla myös sairaalan talous täytyy pitää kunnossa huolehtimalla ruoan saatavuudesta, kalusteista, laitteistosta sekä henkilökunnasta.
