(Oliver, 19.08.2008 - 10:48) Bostonissa kokoontuneet American Psychological Association (APA) -järjestön jäsenet ovat useiden tutkimusten perusteella todenneet, että videopelit saattavat olla tehokkaita välineitä oppimiseen. Peleistä voi olla hyötyä ongelmanratkontakyvyn parantamisesta aina tähystysleikkauksissa tarvittavien taitojen kohentamiseen.

Ratchet ladattavaksi torstaina

(Oliver, 19.08.2008 - 07:28) Sony ilmoittaa Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty -pelin tulevan ladattavaksi PS3:n Storeen jo torstaina 21. elokuuta. Brittihinta on 9,99 puntaa, mikä yleensä on kääntynyt 14,99 euroksi. 12. syyskuuta lähtien pelin saa myös levymuodossa kaupasta samaan hintaan.

Live Arcaden Duke Nukem 3D valmis

(Paavo Niskala, 19.08.2008 - 02:02) 3D Realms kertoo Duke Nukem 3D:n Live Arcade -version läpäisseen Microsoftin sertifiointiprosessin ja pelin olevan näin valmis. Yhtiö ei kuitenkaan osannut antaa pelille vielä julkaisupäivää tai hintaa.
